Sun Ye (simplified Chinese: 孙晔; traditional Chinese: 孫曄; pinyin: Sūn Yè; born 1989-01-15 in Shanghai) is a female Chinese swimmer, who competed for Team China at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Park Sandara or Sandara Park (Korean: 박산다라, Hanja: 朴三陀羅), born November 12, 1984 in Busan, South Korea) also known as Dara in Korea, and Sandara/Sandy in the Philippines, is one of the vocal members of South Korean popular girl group 2NE1. She is a former Korean expatriate who once starred in movies and television shows in the Philippines. Her unusual three-syllable Korean name, which she has talked about numerous times during interviews, comes from that of a Korean general, Kim Yushin, whose childhood name was "Sandara (산다라)".

Park was born to affluent Korean parents. However, by the time she was eight years old, her father's relatives placed her in a financially tight spot which then crippled his business. In hope of recovering from this strain, Park's father tried his luck in the Philippines. He settled in a small apartment in Pasay City, and started a business. The rest of her family remained at her grandmother's house in South Korea for some time until her father finally had enough money to relocate them to the Philippines.

Initially, no one in their family was fluent in English or Filipino (also See Tagalog). However, she learned English and studied Chinese when she began school in the Philippines, and later became fluent in Filipino. Her interviews have also shown that she developed Englog and Taglish capabilities.

Isak N Jiyeon (이삭 N 지연) was a Korean female duo formed by SM Entertainment in 2002. The group has since been disbanded. Many think the disbandment was due to low album sales and lack of popularity, but that wasn't the case; the only problem with the duo was timing: Isak had to go back to her home in southern California because of her family situation (her American father and Korean mother separated). Although Jiyeon, the other member of the duo, is currently involved in SM's project named The Grace, a four-member Korean girl group that sings, dances and acts, Isak says that the duo is not done yet; "Nobody knows when the new album will come out, but we do talk about it a lot." Since Isak is still under SM Entertainment, she is featured in the SM Town albums and videos and continues to do a variety of different work, such as being DJ and VJ for Arirang TV, MC work for various networks, and small acting roles on network television.
Im Yoona (Hangul: 임윤아), born May 30, 1990, commonly known as Yoona (윤아) (Stylized as YoonA) or Im Yoon Ah, is a Korean singer, actress, model, and dancer. She is a member of the Korean girl group Girls' Generation and was known as the first member to join. Yoona made her debut as a singer on August 5, 2007. She had also made her debut as an actress in the 2007 Korean drama, 9 Ends 2 Outs.

Ko Joo-yeon (born 1994) is a South Korean child actress who has gained attention in the Korean film industry for her roles in Blue Swallow (2005) and The Fox Family (2006). In 2007 she appeared in the horror film Epitaph as Asako, a young girl suffering from overbearing nightmares and aphasia, becoming so immersed in the role that she had to deal with sudden nosebleeds while on set. Kyu Hyun Kim of Koreanfilm.org highlighted her performance in the film, saying, "[The cast's] acting thunder is stolen by the ridiculously pretty Ko Joo-yeon, another Korean child actress who we dearly hope continues her film career.
